PCB Transfer Shuttle Conveyor 2 IN 1 OUT for DIP and SMT Line
PCB Shuttle Machine, also called PCB Parallel Transfer Machine. It is an automated device used in SMT (surface mount technology) or DIP (plug-in process) production lines. It is mainly used to transport PCBs between different production lines or equipment to improve equipment utilization. It can move PCBs left and right or front and back, making the production process more flexible and efficient.
When the PCB is transferred into the shuttle conveyor, the shuttle conveyor will move the PCB to the correct rail position of the next machine of the SMT production line. After the PCB moves out of the PCB shuttle conveyor, the car of the PCB shuttle conveyor will move back to the previous position, which is the rail position of the previous machine of the SMT production line.
