PCB NG OK Buffer Conveyor is a transmission and buffering device used in electronic manufacturing production lines, commonly used in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production processes. Its main function is to classify, buffer and transmit PCBs according to the quality inspection results of PCB boards (NG = No Good, OK = Good) to improve production efficiency.

In SMT production lines, it is often used to cache or divert NG boards to the maintenance area after SPI, AOI, ICT and other inspections, while OK boards continue to flow to the next process (such as reflow soldering). In DIP (plug-in) production lines, PCBs are inspected after wave soldering, and NG and OK boards are processed separately.
